We ask that items are returned unworn and in original packaging. Once we have received the return, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.
The original postage cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will ensure we cover the cost).
